Shipping policy

At Orixah, we create in slow, intentional waves—not mass production. Many of our collections are capsule drops, pre-orders, or made in small batches, which means your order is made or packed with care, not speed.

Processing Time:

• If the product is ready to ship the processing time will be of 1-3 working days.
• Please allow 10–15 working days for your order to be processed before shipping.
• If your item is part of a pre-order or private release, this will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Time (after dispatch):

• UK: 2–5 working days (Royal Mail, Evri or similar)
