Refund policy

We want you to love your Orixah pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original condition with hygiene stickers and tags attached
• For swimwear: no returns on bottoms without hygiene seal
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective
